Would it be possible for me to sing it with my guitar on Veterans Day?

The words are:

Chorus:
Don’t call me Sir,
I work for a living.
I earned my rank with blood and sweat and tears.

1. They sprayed us with
that poison Agent Orange
That is killing us
and hurt our kids.

2. I fixed their pipes
whenever someone called me.
They always knew
they could count on me.

3. I trained my dogs
to serve my fellow Veterans
to visit them
and bring them cheer.

4. The Honor Guard
pays tribute to our fallen
and presents the flag
to their families.

5. Don’t call me Sir,
I work for a living.
And you always know
You can count on me.

Please call to tell me if or when it would be appropriate for me to play and sing this song.
